What I’m Reading Lately - January, 2026

Reading has always been how I mark time.

Not by how many books I finish, or how impressive the list looks - but by what I reach for when life feels heavy, quiet, or unfinished.

This month, I’m reading “All Your Perfects” by Colleen Hoover.

This is a book I picked up slowly and carefully.

It’s emotional in a quiet, aching way - the kind of story that sits with you rather than rushing you along. I’m reading it in small pieces, letting it meet me where I am instead of trying to power through.

Right now, it feels like a book about the things we carry privately: grief, love, resentment, hope. About the gap between who we thought we’d be and who we actually are.

It’s not light, but it feels honest - and sometimes that’s what I need most.

That’s what I’m reading lately.

No reviews. No ratings. Just notes from the margins.

If you’re reading something right now - anything at all - I’d love to know what it is.

I share monthly reading notes like this in my newsletter, too - quietly and without pressure.
